02

Information we collect

Information you provide

Depending on how you interact with us, you may provide:

  • your name, email address, telephone number, and organization;
  • appointment details, time zone, scheduling preferences, and information you include in booking forms;
  • communications, inquiries, feedback, and information you share during our work together; and
  • billing, invoice, transaction, and related business records. Payment-card details are handled by the applicable payment processor and are not stored directly by ReNew.

Information collected through our services

Our systems may process technical information such as browser and device type, referring page, pages visited, approximate location derived from an IP address, and performance data. Our marketing website uses a self-hosted Umami analytics service configured to respect browser Do Not Track settings, exclude URL query strings, and operate without analytics cookies. Our booking and client services may use essential cookies or similar technologies for security, authentication, and core functionality.

Google API disclosure

How we handle Google user data

If you choose to connect a Google Account to ReNew Consultancy Booking, we access only the Google user data authorized by you and needed for the features you select. Depending on the permissions you grant, this may include:

  • basic account information such as your name, email address, and profile image for account identification or Google sign-in, if enabled;
  • calendar lists, calendar settings, and free/busy availability;
  • calendar events and event details needed to detect scheduling conflicts and manage bookings; and
  • information needed to create, update, or cancel calendar events and add Google Meet conferencing details.

How Google user data is used

We use Google user data only to authenticate the connected account, display and manage the calendar connection, check availability, prevent scheduling conflicts, and create, update, or cancel events and meeting details at the user's direction. We do not use Google user data for advertising, profiling, credit decisions, or any purpose unrelated to these user-facing booking features.

Storage and protection of Google user data

Our self-hosted booking service may store OAuth access and refresh tokens, the connected account identifier, selected-calendar settings, event identifiers, and limited synchronization metadata needed to maintain the connection and booking features. Calendar information is otherwise processed as needed to provide those features. We protect this information using measures including encrypted HTTPS connections, access controls, application-level protection for integration credentials, and restricted administrative access.

Sharing and Limited Use

We do not sell Google user data. We do not transfer or disclose it to advertising platforms, data brokers, or information resellers. We share Google user data only when necessary to provide the booking and calendar features you request, to protect against security threats or abuse, to comply with applicable law, or as part of a business transaction with any legally required notice or consent.

ReNew Consultancy's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Google Workspace API data is not used to develop, improve, or train generalized artificial intelligence or machine-learning models.

04

How we use information

We use personal information to:

  • provide, schedule, administer, and improve our coaching and consulting services;
  • respond to inquiries and communicate about appointments, services, invoices, and account activity;
  • operate, secure, troubleshoot, and understand the performance of our website and services;
  • maintain business, tax, and transaction records; and
  • comply with legal obligations and enforce our agreements.

We do not sell personal information and do not use personal information for cross-context behavioral or targeted advertising.

05

How we share information

We may disclose information in limited circumstances:

  • Service providers. With vendors that support services such as email delivery, calendar and video conferencing, payment processing, and infrastructure, only as needed to perform services for us.
  • At your direction. When you ask us to connect a service, invite an attendee, create a calendar event, or otherwise share information.
  • Legal and safety reasons. When reasonably necessary to comply with law, legal process, or a valid government request, or to protect rights, safety, and security.
  • Business changes. In connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or sale of assets, subject to applicable notice and consent requirements.

We do not permit service providers to use personal information for their own advertising purposes. Third-party services process information under their own privacy policies when you interact directly with them.

06

Data retention and deletion

We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide our services, maintain business and financial records, resolve disputes, protect our services, and meet legal obligations. Retention periods vary by the type of information and why it was collected.

Google OAuth tokens and connection settings are retained while the Google integration remains connected. You can stop future access by disconnecting Google Calendar within the booking service or by removing ReNew Consultancy Booking from your Google Account connections. Disconnecting access does not automatically delete booking or business records that must be retained for the purposes described above.

You may request deletion of your personal information, including stored Google connection data, by emailing [email protected]. We will verify and act on the request as required by applicable law. Some information may remain temporarily in restricted backups or be retained when legally required; it will not be used for other purposes.

07

Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information. These include encrypted HTTPS connections, authentication and access controls, separation of application services, secret-management practices, backups, and software maintenance. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

08

Your choices and privacy rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information; receive a portable copy; restrict or object to certain processing; or withdraw consent. You may also disconnect third-party integrations and adjust browser privacy controls. To make a request, contact us using the details below. We may need to verify your identity before completing it.

09

Our services may link to or integrate with services operated by others, including Google, payment processors, calendar providers, and video conferencing providers. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in our services, practices, or legal obligations. We will post the updated policy here and revise the effective date. If a change materially affects how we use Google user data, we will provide additional notice or obtain consent when required before applying the change.
